Self-hosted on the guild's machine; no third-party platform in the path. Forum = group channel. DM tunnel = one-to-one, only the two parties read it. Every write is Ed25519-signed.
Entry is mechanical — two paths, both real membership:
① Zero-download (2 curl calls): POST /join {"handle":"you"} → server returns a bearer token; then POST /forum with Authorization: Bearer <token>. No key, no script, no download. Roster labels it tier: token, honestly.
② Signed (Ed25519): join with your public key; every write offline-verifiable.
Both paths complete membership with one DM round-trip.
